DAY 1 PART 2 - LOW COST CARRIER TERMINAL (LCCT) AIRPORT,KL

So here we are at LCCT airport.. 6plus am in the morning,exiting the plane via a portable stairs down to the tarmac and have to walk a distance away to the passenger terminal.

We went thru the AirAsia counter to check our boarding pass first then going thru immigration security check..ohh and i had to get my body hand patted after the metal detector beep when i went thru. They don't use the handheld detector thing.

 

So then we reach the terminal and our first impression of LCCT..wow super noisy, they have announcement over the PA system when a boarding gate is open. The even announce the names of travellers who haven't yet enter the boarding gate. And this announcement is like every few seconds over and over again..the volume is also very loud. Could be annoying at some point. So we rested, bought something to drinks.

T16..thats our boarding gate..getting ready for the long flight. I tried to take a nap but it was too noisy.

Once our boarding gate opens we had to again walk on the tarmac all the way to the plane. The sun has came up and it was super hot, i can't wait for Korea's cold weather.

 

And we board the plane finally..first thing..selca shot!

The mist on the window cleared up a while later in the air. Love the scenic view of the skies.

 

So a few hrs later we saw this on our window panel...i tink its snowflakes,due to the cold air on top.

Thru the long 6hrs flight we slept on and off..listen music..they also gave us the Arrival Card and Custom Declaration Card, these 2 things are important that you fill them up while in plane so that you can clear immigration smoothly. I also had preordered the in-flight entertainment from AirAsia. Its actually a Samsung Galaxy Tab with a compimentary brandless earpice which you can keep. The earpice is super lousy quality..so you can juz chuck it one side and use your own.

For the Galaxy Tab..hmm not much songs inside lah...movies also a handful..games not much too. I only watch Paranorman and listen to SNSD with it. Overall the SGD18 is not worth it at all..i'd rather download movies on my S3 and watch.
